The form may collect your name, company, business email, phone number, award or solicitation reference, NSN or part number, delivery date, and the opportunity summary you provide.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate the inquiry, contact you, request clarification, prepare a commercial response, and maintain records connected to the potential business relationship.

Sensitive information

Do not submit classified information, export-controlled technical data, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), personal identification documents, or other sensitive technical data through the public website form.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers or business partners when reasonably necessary to evaluate or execute the requested opportunity and subject to appropriate confidentiality controls. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, contractual, or legal purposes.
